Property Remarks

The ideal foundation for an architectural dream is prestigiously set at the summit of Sherwood Country Cub. Lavish in landscape & breathless views of the lake are two of the many fine elements of this Robin Hood Estate Lot, fondly named after the 1938 classic production, The Adventures of Robin Hood featuring Errol Flynn & Olivia de Havilland that was filmed on the very coordinates. This property includes approved architectural plans composing a sophisticated, contemporary-style estate inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The 7,500 SF main residence is comprised of three floors, beginning with the ultimate game room, bar & bedroom in the finished basement. An elevator leads to a modern open space uniting the foyer, kitchen & living room.
