Sherman Oaks

Sherman Oaks was one of the first Valley communities to experience intensive real estate development as expansion came to the Valley area. The area remains prized for laidback livability and community spirit.

Real Estate: Named for Gen. Moses Hazeltine Sherman, an early land developer, Sherman Oaks real estate includes single-family homes in a wide variety of architectural styles.
